Follow the Steps Below to Report a Claim

1. Please report the claim to TMA 24/7 at claims@actec.net, by calling 1-877-567-7486, or by contacting your agent or broker. Please include your policy number, a description of the property, and how, when, and where the loss or damage occurred.
2. After we receive notice of the claim from ACTEC, TMA’s intake provider, or directly from the insured, agent, or broker, a member of our property claims team will call you to obtain preliminary claim details.
